President Garcia: Peru creates more jobs by narrowing social gaps

Lima, Feb. 08 (ANDINA).- President Alan Garcia today said Peru is creating more jobs, not only through investment, but also by narrowing the social gaps through social programs for the supply of water, electricity, the issuance of land titles and the provision of other services.

Lima, Feb. 08 (ANDINA).- The EU-Latin America & Caribbean Forum on Social Cohesion will be opened today by President Alan Garcia at 17:30 hours at the Torre Tagle Palace, and will run until Wednesday, February 10, Peru’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported Monday.
