President Humala to meet Costa Rica, Argentina and Pacific Alliance leaders in Chile

Peruvian President Ollanta Humala and Pacific Alliance leaders will hold audiences with Costa Rican and Argentinean heads of state within the framework of the bloc’s 11th Summit held in Puerto Varas, in Los Lagos region, Chile.

In the first of two gatherings, Pacific Alliance Presidents Enrique Peña Nieto (México), Juan Manuel Santos (Colombia), Michelle Bachelet (Chile) and Ollanta Humala (Peru) will meet Costa Rican President Luis Guillermo Solis. 

After that, they will receive Argentina’s leader Mauricio Macri.

Before that, the bloc’s heads of state will attend the Future Vision panel of the Pacific Alliance Business Summit, whose moderator will be Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) President Luis Alberto Moreno. 

Mr. Humala’s arrival in Puerto Varas, Chile, is scheduled for 2:40 p.m. (local time).

First day activities will conclude with a dinner hosted by Chilean President Michelle Bachelet at Cumbres Hotel.
