Inversiones La Macha, Acurio’s holding group, is readying to open Tanta in March of this year.
The new restaurant is the latest in a series of Acurio’s restaurants to open abroad. The famed Peruvian chef previously opened a Tanta in Barcelona, last October, and opened another Tanta in Madrid in 2010.
Acurio also has restaurants in New York, Chile, and Bolivia.
Inversiones La Macha operates seven of Acurio’s brands, including Tanta, Astrid y Gaston, La Mar, Chicha, Madam Tusan, Panchita, and Los Bachiche, website peruthisweek.com reported quoting Gestion.
