Peru Service Summit sees deals worth over US$343 million

Peruvian companies' participation in the six previous editions of Peru Service Summit generated deals worth over US$343 million, the Andean country's Exports and Tourism Promotion Board (PromPeru) informed.

The specialized platform gathers the best Peruvian companies in one place to establish business networks with foreign investors.

In this sense, Foreign Trade and Tourism Minister (Mincetur) Eduardo Ferreyros affirmed Peru Service Summit has become one of the most important events of the services sector. 

"Up to now, 961 businesspersons have participated in the business rounds, and 124,650 people [have taken part in] the international forum [...]," Ferreyros said.

Likewise, the minister affirmed the event has served to promote the exportable offer of BPO sub-sectors in 28 nations.

Participating companies usually come from: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Spain and the United States. 

Likewise, the platform has seen the presence of economies like: Canada, Italy, Japan, Panama, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, among others. 

2017 

Peru Service Summit 2017 will be held on October 2-5, 2017. 

The event will host business rounds, an international forum and specialized workshops, among other activities.

At the site, Peruvian entrepreneurs will be able to establish contact with 130 potential customers from 19 markets. 

Peru Service Summit is organized by PromPeru and supported by Mincetur, the Foreign Affairs Ministry, State-run Private Investment Promotion Agency (ProInversion), the Association of Peruvian Exporters (Adex), Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL) and private-run Foreign Trade Society (ComexPeru).
