After a series of delays caused due to natural disasters, students from various education centers returned to classes on Monday morning.
As is known, the Andean country is currently at the mercy of torrential downpours and floods that have left many citizens homeless.
Nationally speaking, the 2017 academic year is expected to resume at 80% of schools.
