Emergency caused by heavy rains, overflowing rivers, landslides and floods have so far affected 1,129,013 people and killed 143, according to the latest National Emergency Operations Center's (COEN) report.
Likewise, natural disasters have left 231,874 victims.
Damaged homes stand at 258,545, according to COEN's document.
Furthermore, the onslaught of nature has led to the collapse of 25,700 houses.
