Search giant Google is celebrating independence of Peru with a doodle on Independence Day on July 28.
On Monday, July 28, Google honored Peru on the 193rd anniversary of its independence with an image inspired by the country's renowned cuisine.

The third letter of ‘Google’ displays a dish of ‘Ceviche Mixto’, fresh raw shellfish and fish marinated in citrus juices, spiced up with ají manzano (rocoto), cilantro, and chopped onions.

In addition, the traditional Peruvian dish is served with a drink decorated with lemon wedge and a tiny Peruvian flag.

Google regularly changes the doodle on its website to commemorate a special occasion.

Clicking on the logo will bring the visitor to a search results page on the query "Independence of Peru."
