Taiwan trade mission to visit Peru next month

A Taiwanese business delegation is expected to visit Peru next month, according to the Taipei Economic & Cultural Representative Office in the Andean country.

The delegation comprises companies in the computer, information technology and communications sector and will attend a business meeting in Lima on April 9.

The event is jointly organized by the Chinese International Economic Cooperation Association (CIECA) and the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL).

The 11th edition of CCL-CIECA Business Meeting seeks to explore new opportunities for bilateral trade, strengthen technological cooperation and develop strategic alliances.

The trade mission will be led by CIECA Chairman Wang Chung-yu and includes the secretary general of Taipei Hsien Computer Association, Fennie Chen, as well as officials representing the sixteen Taiwanese companies.
