Peruvian Tennis player, Bianca Botto, became the champion of the Challenger Tournament’s first edition, which is held in Asuncion (Paraguay).
Botto managed to beat Argentinean counterpart, Florencia Molineros. The scored followed: 6-3 and 6-2.

The national athlete dominated the game from beginning to end. This led her to claim victory against one of the competition’s favorite players.

This is the athlete’s first win in the US 50 K category. It must be noted the tennis players had recently recovered from an injury.

Botto has earned 80 WTA points, which means a boost to her professional career.

The tournament featured tennis players from 17 different nations. They faced competition for one week.
