Peruvian athlete Natalia Cuglievan grabbed silver medal in Ladies Tricks category at the IWWF U21 Waterski World Championships held in Dnipro on July 13-19 this year.
The 20-year-old gave a remarkable performance at said competition claiming
9040 points. The category was led by U.S. Anna Gay (9750).
It must be noted the national waterski delegation was also composed of Alejandra De Osma, Jose Luis Tejada and Rafael De Osma.
It is worth pointing out Peru held the
ninth spot in the Overall Team classification.
In this sense, the Andean nation ousted countries: Austria, Chile, Mexico, New Zealand, Russia and the Netherlands, among others.
