The Peruvian female adult volleyball team defeated Paraguay 3-0 at the South American Volleyball Tournament currently underway in Colombia.
The national squad, coached by Mauro Marasciulo, won each set by (25-4), (25-11) and (25-11) scores.
The Peruvian team imposed its performance-style during the entire game. Thus, it managed to keep its opponent under control.
Thanks to the triumph, Peru added a second consecutive victory at the South American event after having defeated Venezuela 3-2 the day before.
On Thursday, the national team will intend to keep its "undefeated" status, when it faces host Colombia.
