Ten companies from Peru's fisheries and aquaculture sector will be part of a trade mission to Bangkok, Thailand from November 9 to 13, 2013.
The mission, led by Peru's export and tourism agency PromPeru, aims to present Peruvian fish products and identify potential buyers, reports The Fish Site.
As part of this event, there will be a business conference with Thai importers, in order to realize long-term business with Peruvian companies participating, and to boost exports to this market.
Thailand is the second largest market in Asia and fourth in the world for Peruvian fish products, with Thai purchases of these products increasing significantly so far this year.
