Surrounded by loving and supportive Peruvians residing in New Zealand and fans coming from Peru, the national squad performed training exercises in Auckland on Wednesday.

This photo gallery shows how Peruvian athletes live the sessions for the coming World-Cup-qualifying playoff against the All Whites this weekend.

As is known, the Inca soccer team arrived in New Zealand on Tuesday morning (local time) hoping to win the first game.

Peruvians Andre Carrillo, Renato Tapia, Jefferson Farfan, and Edison Flores —who play for European soccer clubs— also joined the national squad's training sessions.

The first leg of Peru-New Zealand FIFA World Cup intercontinental playoff tie will take place at Wellington's Westpac Stadium on November 11 at 4:15 PM (local time).

The return leg will be held at Lima's National Stadium (Peru) on November 15 at 9:15 PM (local time).

Following both clashes, it will be known —finally— if Peruvians return to a World Cup after 35 years.
