Peru’s adult soccer team coach Ricardo Gareca talked about the match to be faced against Paraguay in the search for the third position at Copa America Chile 2015 tournament.

Likewise, he assured the team will arrive “mentally prepared” to win the match. Previously, Peru lost against Chile (2-1) in the semifinals. Thus, it will have to face Paraguay on Friday in Concepcion, Chile.

"We are going to aim at the highest, the third place. The team was hurt, but I already see a better mood. We'll be alright for the match,” the Argentinean coach told reporters at a press conference.

“Paraguay is dangerous in any way and beyond the wide goal margin received [against Argentina], we know it displayed a good performance at the tournament. I know Ramon Diaz [Paraguay’s coach], and I know how he works," he stated.

After Peru's Carlos Zambrano was sent off the game against Chile, Gareca declared: "He is one of the best forwards in the world. And, yes, there are things he must learn. He knows there are some actions, which can never be repeated."

The game will take place on Friday at 08:30 PM (local time).
