The 8th Road Show Asia 2015, organized by inPeru Association, is expected to gather more than 1,5000 investors as it takes place in Tokyo, Seoul and Beijing from September 7 to 11, inPeru Executive Chairman Jose Antonio Blanco reported.

He said countries like Japan, South Korea and China are key destinations for our products, and highlighted the importance of these events held to attract as much investment as possible from the said Asian countries to reroute their flow of investment toward Peru.

The Peruvian delegation will be made up of about 50 people from private and public sectors, whose objective is to consolidate Peru as a country of great commercial potential through a positioning strategy that highlights the economic, political and fiscal stability of the country.

“In past few years Peru has emerged as one of the countries with the best business climate in the region, as it provides the necessary guarantees through a trade integration policy and unrestricted access to most economic sectors,” Blanco noted.

Even though the country is expected to grow at a lower rate than initially thought and that there is still market uncertainty in many countries around the globe, Peru “shows strength and presents a desirable macro-economy.”

The official underlined that it is time for private companies and the State to seek opportunities and promote the country in different financial sectors.

He also said Japan, South Korea and China see Peru as a stable, trustworthy and long-term trade partner.
