Peruvian President Ollanta Humala Tasso held an audience with the Crown Princess of Sweden Victoria with the aim of reinforcing bilateral relations between both countries.
The meeting took place at the Lima Government Palace's Ambassadors Hall.
The distinguished guest submitted the Head of State cooperation suggestions for the sectors education, transportation, communications, housing, construction and defense.
Likewise, Princess Victoria presented the corporate social responsibility initiative issued by Swedish companies operating in Peru.
Mr. Humala expressed his gratitude for the support offered by Sweden in the visa exemption process for the benefit of Peruvian citizens.
In this sense, the President expects the Kingdom of Sweden to consider reopening of its Embassy in Lima.
Both authorities also addressed the cooperation for the protection of cultural heritage and economic relations between Peru and Sweden.
The Crown Princess of Sweden will visit Colombia next.
