The Peruvian Executive Branch has made official the agreement on the exemption of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic or special passports with Kuwait, which entered into force on February 17, 2012.
The agreement was signed in the capital of Kuwait on July 8, 2012 , ratified by Peru two months later and by Kuwait in February this year.
Jose Beraun Aranibar, Peru’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, signed the document after his official visit to Kuwait in July last year when he invited the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah to attend the 3rd ASPA Summit.
