The volume of gold shipped to foreign markets amounted to 476,000 troy ounces in February 2017, Peru's Central Reserve Bank (BCR) announced on Thursday.
According to the issuing entity, last February's figure represented a 16.8% increase over the same month last year.
Greater foreign sales were made by Barrick (130.5%), Yanococha (33.3%), Buenaventura (7.8%) and Aurifera Retamas (10.9%).
