Food carts will do their thing at Mistura 2015 gastronomic fair, which will include new dishes made out of ingredients caught in the Peruvian sea and our emblematic Peru-grown potatoes.

It's no secret that cuisine is a business in Peru, but also an art, which demands innovation and a large variety, in order to compete at world level. In this framework, Peruvian ingenuity is an expert.
Thanks to the creativity, attractive combinations, such as potatoes with different types of fillings are created.

Papas rellenas (Filled Potatoes) are joined by salchicha huachana (Huacho Sausage) and lomo saltado (Sauteed Beef Tenderloin). Those delicacies will be offered at Señor Papa restaurant booth to be placed at the famous Peruvian Mistura 2015 fair.

Inaugurated five years ago, it will open other franchise-restaurants in Juliaca, Cusco and Trujillo, owner Eduardo Ferré told Andina news agency.

According to Ferre, the market is very demanding. Thus, each business must upgrade.
The owner understands that concept, which is the reason why he has also created papas rellenas filled with seco norteño, corn & cheese and Peruvian anticucho (Cut stew meat). All these “generous” portions are accompanied by essential sauces.

Señor Papa's eateries are to be found in: Lima Plaza Norte mall (Independencia district), Real Plaza, Real Plaza in Centro Civico (Lima downtown) and Mall Aventura Plaza (Bellavista, Callao).
