Peru has been elected as the venue for the Interamerican Human Resources Management Congress—CIGEH 2021, a meeting featuring human resources leaders from public and private organizations in Latin America.
The event is expected to solidify Lima's standing as business tourism destination.
Held every two years, the congress provides an opportunity for human resources professionals to expand their knowledge, promote research and analyze the Latin American reality.
The election is the result of Peruvian Association of Human Resources (APERHU) efforts, and the support of Peru's Exports and Tourism Promotion Board (PromPeru).
CIGEH is organized by the Interamerican Federation of People Management Associations (FIDAGH), an organization that pursues development and integration of human resources associations in Latin America since 1963.
