The national "call center" market generates businesses worth US$500 million every year; thus, it constitutes a services activity leading to considerable job creation in Peru, Dynamicall CEO Enrique Beltran expressed.

"The call center market registered considerable growth rates over previous years, between 13% and 17%, so it is one of [Peruvian] economy's most dynamic markets," Beltran told Andina news agency.

Services export

45% of transactions are closed with international entities. In this sense, call centers belong to the "services export" category.

The sector is fragmented. Thus, 20 of the most important enterprises have a share of 80% of the market.

Such segment is expanding due to a series of competitiveness factors, such as salaries and telephone links becoming cheaper.

"They allow businesses, such as this one, to increasingly make sense," he stressed.

Growth rhythm

Since its beginning, Dynamicall has managed to experience an average annual expansion of 35%. In 2015, sales amounted to S/22 million (about US$6.60 million).

The figure is expected climb to S/30 million (about US$9.00 billion) in 2016, he projected.

Dynamicall

Dynamicall is a Lima-based enterprise in charge of providing contact center solutions by specializing in sales (outbound) and customer service (inbound) modalities.

It allows clients to focus on "core business" by taking advantage of large-scale economies, while reducing technology costs.
