Peru appoints new Ambassadors to Hungary and Luxembourg

The Executive Power appointed new Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Peru to Hungary and Luxembourg.

According to Supreme Resolution No. 015-2017-RE, diplomat Fernando Rojas Samanez will become the new Peruvian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Hungary.

It must be noted Mr. Rojas currently serves as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Peru to the Republic of Austria. 

Diplomat Gonzalo Gutierrez Reinel was appointed Peru's top representative to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, according to Supreme Resolution No. 016-2017-RE. 

Likewise, Mr. Gutierrez serves as Peruvian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Belgium.
 
Credentials and full powers have been granted to the diplomats in accordance with corresponding Supreme Resolutions published in El Peruano official gazette.

Documents were signed by President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski and Foreign Affairs Minister Ricardo Luna.

The Chancellery also appointed Gloria del Carmen Olivares Portocarrero de Garro, Noela Maria Eufemia Pantoja Crespo and Jorge Antonio Lazaro as new Peruvian Consuls-General to Mexico, La Plata (Argentina) and Miami (the U.S.), respectively.
