Oman Chamber of Commerce to take part in ASPA CEO Forum

Khalil bin Abdulla al-Khunji, Chairman of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) said that OCCI and a business delegation will participate in the third Forum of Arab businessmen and their counterparts in South America, which is due to be held in Lima, capital of Peru, on October 1-2.
The announcement was made after a meeting with Jaime Sergio, Ambassador of the Republic of Argentina assigned to the Sultanate and resident in Riyadh, where the two discussed the importance of participating in the Forum that attracts the elite of Arab investors, as well as from South American countries.

The Argentine diplomat said that the Forum will focus on the food sector as being of great importance under the global circumstances and crisis. 

The forum will review investment opportunities in the areas of food processing, agriculture and other projects that complement these industries, as well as other sectors, such as education, health, energy, noting the great potential available in South America in these sectors which offer many promising opportunities for both sides.
