The Organization of American States (OAS) saluted on Thursday Peru's Independence Anniversary and Pedro Pablo Kuczynski, who becomes the next President of the Republic.
"Happy #IndependenceDay Peru! Our greetings to President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski @ppkamigo today on his inauguration," OAS posted on Twitter.
The President-elect officially takes office on Thursday during a ceremony held at the Peruvian Congress.
In this speech, Presidents tend to present guidelines, as well as objectives and proposals towards their five-year period in office.
