Peruvian striker Paolo Guerrero received recognition for his goal against Sao Paulo at the Arena Corinthians, which was voted the best of the Brasileirao Tournament 2014 by the website Pasionlibertadores.com.
Pasion Libertadores encouraged voters to choose the best goal of Brasileirao 2014. Among the soccer stars included in the poll were Robinho, Ganso y Marcelo Moreno, but Guerrero’s goal received the most votes.
It should be noted the Peruvian was considered the best forward in the Brazilian league and was among its top scorers.
With a contract that runs through mid-2015, Guerrero has not defined his future yet.
Besides attracting the interest of the Brasileirao, the former Hamburg striker is considering a move to Europe.
On the other hand, Timao has offered to pay him US$5 million a year.
