Eight new envoys to Peru present credentials

Peruvian President Ollanta Humala on Friday received the credentials of eight new ambassadors to Peru at the Government Palace in Lima.

The new envoys assuming duties were the ambassadors of Equatorial Guinea, Iran, Norway, Trinidad and Tobago, Kuwait, Myanmar, Nigeria and Sri Lanka.

The head of state was accompanied by Foreign Minister Eda Rivas during the separate ceremonies held at the presidential house.
