COP20: Miraflores restaurants to offer organic menus

The Municipality of Miraflores released a list of restaurants, which have added organic ingredients and marine resources to their menus.

More than 20 dishes cooked with asparagus, mushrooms, spinach, olive-oil, sacha inchi, camu camu, maca, among other natural products will be offered to diners in the framework of the COP20.

The "green menu" will be available at: Amaz Restaurante, El Parrillon, Gracia Restaurante & Copas (at Antara Hotel), Tony Roma’s, Eliazar and Biodeli.

The aforementioned are also part of a total 81 “Healthy and Eco-Efficient Restaurants” released by the same institution.

Miraflores is one of Lima’s most relevant districts. It is also very popular for tourism purposes.
