Famous American actor Channing Tatum arrived in Lima, after making news for attending Colombian star Sofia Vergara's wedding.

Peruvian Congress member Cecilia Tait twitted a message claiming the "Magic Mike" protagonist will stay in our country for seven days. Likewise, she shared a selfie with the actor. 

According to fans' posts and photos, Tatum has traveled to Tarapoto city.

However, the purpose of his trip remains unknown.

Tatum is also a movie producer, dancer and model. He made his debut in the film Coach Carter (2005). His breakthrough role came in 2006 with Step Up, which introduced him to a wider audience.
