Peruvian restaurant to open in Delaware, US
Wilmington, Jul. 31 (ANDINA). Juliana's Kitchen, a new Peruvian restaurant, is taking over the space that was formerly home to The Dumpling House in Wilmington, Delaware.

New owner Juliana Jiménez, whose parents own a restaurant in Peru, is planning to make the traditional dishes of her native country, including ceviche and various pork and seafood dishes.
Peruvian cuisine has Spanish, Chinese, Italian, West African and Japanese influences.
According to delawareonline.com, the eatery will open on August 3 and prices will range from about $7 to $18.
The restaurant will serve dinner from 3:30 to 10 p.m., Tuesday through Friday. Lunch will be available on Saturday and Sunday, beginning at 11 a.m., with meals available until the 11 p.m. close. Jimenez plans to offer weekday lunch service starting in September.
