The southern route comprises regions Arequipa, Ayacucho, Cusco, Ica, Madre de Dios, Moquegua, Puno and Tacna.
The northeastern circuit covers Amazonas, Loreto and San Martin regions, the institution said in a release.
Similarly, capital city Lima and its main attractions continue receiving tourists.
"Tourism activity develops as usual in all these regions," the communiqué reads.
"Hotels, tourist services, food, airports and access routes are fully operational to welcome visitors."
In this respect, PromPeru highlighted the Lima–Tacna stretch of Panamericana Sur (South Pan American) Highway is open.
On the other hand, access to Moche Route tourist destinations (northern La Libertad and Lambayeque), beaches in Piura and Tumbes regions, as well as Ancash region, have been temporarily closed due to torrential rains.
"The Government has been working with the population to assist victims, rehabilitate roads and prevent future incidents," PromPeru stressed.
