British band The Rolling Stones brought history back to Peru on Sunday night, keeping the real Rock 'n' Roll spirit alive in front of thousands of fans.

The entire band arrived in Lima for very first time on Thursday.

Although Mick Jagger had landed on the national territory on previous occasions, the idea of performing in Peru became true yesterday.

After 50 years, The Rolling Stones made 70,000 Peruvian followers' dream come true.

The connection was immediate. The First chords of 'Star me up' stirred the excitement among fans.

Jagger, Richards, Wood and Watts turned their mega-concert into an unforgettable night in the country's capital.

Fans spent 2-hours rock & rolling to the fullest, while listening to the group's most popular songs such as "It's only Rock 'n' Roll," "Tumbling Dice," "Angie," and "Like a Rolling Stone" among others hits. They closed the night with the inevitable "Satisfaction."

Following the Lima concert, The Rolling Stones will continue their "Latin America Ole Tour 2016" performing in Colombia, Mexico and Cuba.
