Gerardo Reyes, representative of the Hacienda del Abuelo Arequipa winery offers an innovative cocktail called "fruity chilcano", which is captivating the audience who visits the Peruvian pisco stands.
"We wanted to give a different flavor to our traditional chilcano making it more attractive to people, so we add concentrated fruits like mango, peach and strawberry," he told Andina.
Maritza Vasquez, representative of the Taster winery (Ica), said the company has developed a special product called pisco cream with fig extract and skim milk.
"It is a new innovative drink for attendees who do not just drink pure pisco but also enjoy it in fruity cocktails," he said.
