Thanks to the invitation made by the Ministry of Foreign Relations of Peru, Andean companies will exhibit value-added goods at the Asian event, which kicked off today and will run thru May 24.
The activity takes place in Bangkok (Thailand). Native Andean products are put on display at fair's Peruvian stand provided by the Foreign Relations Ministry.
This way, enterprise “Imex Futura” will introduce quinoa noodles, whereas “Ecoandino” will exhibit maca capsules and the said gelatinized product, as well.
“Ecoinca” is expected to put organic artichoke, yacon, Andean Mint, cañihua and chamomile on display. Other companies are to introduce organic camu-camu and dehydrated aguaymanto to visitors.
The said enterprises and many others are receiving advice regarding access to new markets through the participation at several international fairs. Likewise, advice is also provided on issues related to logistics and pack designs.
The THAIFEX-World of Food Asia is known worldwide as the Asian annual food & beverage meeting, offering food technology, franchises and market opportunities in Asia. Thus, it seeks for allowing entrepreneurs to expand their businesses.
On this edition 1,600 exhibitors, 35,000 visitors and representatives from over 35 countries, such as Brazil, Japan, South Korea, Germany and Turkey are expected to gather.
