"During the trade event, enterprises generated sales of US$ 150 000 and planned sales worth 10.9 million in the first year. This will enable to do business over 11 million dollars," the CCL's Foreign Trade Committe (X.com) stated.
The stand of Peru in IFE 2012 was organized, for the third time in a row, by X.com and supported by Peru's Exports and Tourism Promotion Agency (Promperu) and the Trade Office of Peru in Canada.
Among the products offered by Peru were quinoa, amaranth, beans, beans, peas, cocoa, chocolate, canned fish, olives, frozen fish, burgers, nuggets frozen fish, frozen squid and asparagus.
IFE is the UK’s largest and most respected food and drink trade event, which brings together the entire international food and drink community every two years to source new products, trade and keep pace with industry trends.
