The meeting will focus on establishing a regional proposal that will prevent and face the threats of transnational crime, according to Colombian authorities.
In this sense, the Peruvian government authorized the trip of Lozada to take part in the three-day event.
Peru's Minister of Defense, Alberto Otarola will replace Daniel Lozada, during his stay in Colombia, according to Peru's Council of Ministers.
