Peruvian President's wife Nancy Lange on Wednesday expressed solidarity with Mexico, previously hit by a 7.1-magnitude earthquake that killed at least 225 people.
"My solidarity goes out to Mexico at these hard times. Unity and hope will rise again. Don't give up," Lange posted on Twitter.
Tuesday's strong quake claimed several lives and led to the collapse of buildings in the Aztec nation's capital city, as well as in the States of Puebla and Morelos.
According to the latest official report, deaths have been registered in Mexico City (94), Morelos (71), Puebla (43), State of Mexico (12), Guerrero (4) and Oaxaca (1).
In Mexico City, 800 citizens have been reported injured, and 39 buildings have completely collapsed.
As is known, President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski on Tuesday
expressed solidarity with the North American country following the event.
