As part of his tour across Peru to supervise water and sanitation works, President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski on Thursday visited projects being executed in Lima's Lurigancho-Chosica districts and Huarochiri province's San Antonio district.
Said ventures are set to improve the life quality of 71,420 locals settled in 154 slums in Lima region.
The said works required an investment of S/368,924,098 (about US$110.09 million).
The Head of State was joined by Housing, Construction and Sanitation Minister Edmer Trujillo, as well as State-owned Water Utility (Sedapal) Chairman Rudecindo Vega and General Manager Hector Piscoya.
The activity kicked off at 08.00 AM in San Antonio district.
