Prime Minister Mercedes Araoz currently participates in the World Economic Forum's 48th Annual Meeting in Davos.
It must be noted this is the first time said
event will be —exclusively— led by women as the organization will provide various formulas to reduce
gender gaps in the socio-economic field.
Likewise, she will participate in the diplomatic dialogue on Venezuela's crisis by representing Peru,
Lima Group's main member.
Araoz will also meet with Organisation Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) authorities, as well as directors of important companies such as PepsiCo, Repsol, Novartis, InBev, Newmont Mining Corporation, and Ferrovial, among others.
