The Peruvian Government has recently appointed Luis Iberico as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Peru to the Republics of San Marino and Cyprus.

It must be noted the former Congress Chairman currently serves as Peru's top envoy to Italy based in Roma.

Corresponding credential letters and full powers will be granted to the official.

Such announcement was made official through supreme resolutions published today in El Peruano official gazette.

Such appointments take place in accordance with the Peruvian Constitution, which established the Presidential Power to select Plenipotentiary Ambassadors and Ministers with the approval of both the Cabinet and Congress.

Said document was signed by Peruvian President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski and Foreign Affairs Minister Ricardo Luna.
