The number of passengers arriving and departing through Lima's Jorge Chavez International Airport gates saw an 11.8% rise in January 2017, Lima Airport Partners (LAP) private operator reported on Monday.

"In January, passenger flow increased by 11.8%. Thus, this year we are planning to renew our casual-dining restaurant offer at the international area," LAP Commercial Manager Arturo Vera indicated.

The airport operator thus aims to cater for the main needs of users and passengers by incorporating new services.

"Given the new demands of users and passengers, Lima Airport Partners will continue to upgrade the airport's business services," he anticipated.
