Peru: Credit to private sector grows 14.1% on year at November 15

Total credit to the private sector in Peru grew 1.5 percent totaling PEN 2.69 billion) in the past four weeks at November 15th, showing a better performance compared to the 1.3 percent growth in October 15, the Central Reserve Bank (BCR) said on Sunday.
With this amount, total credit to the private sector has accumulated an annual growth rate (last 12 months) of 14.1 percent.

Credit in soles increased 2.1 percent (S/. 2.37 billion), while credit in dollars grew 0.4 percent (US$ 125 million).

On the other hand, total liquidity grew 1.6 percent (S/. 2.94 billion)  in the same period and thus accumulated an annual growth rate of 14 percent 

Liquidity in soles increased 2.8 percent (S/. 3.489 million), while in dollars decreased 0.9 percent( a negative flow  of US$ 214 million).
