The government of Peru has recently appointed Maria Cecilia Rozas Ponce de Leon as the new Peruvian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Paraguay.
Credentials and full powers have been issued to the diplomat in accordance with the resolution No. 012-2015-RE published Friday in the official gazette El Peruano.
A ministerial resolution will set the date on which the new ambassador will officially take up her diplomatic duties.
The document was signed by Peruvian President Ollanta Humala Tasso and the Minister of Foreign Affairs Gonzalo Gutierrez Reinel.
