Peruvian President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski's administration prefers dialogue instead of imposition, the country's second Vice-President Mercedes Araoz stated on Monday.

Comments were made within the framework of the government's initiative to dialogue with various political forces to reach consensus on the national agenda.

Via Twitter, Araoz underlined the government will continue with dialogue, as it has, instead of implementing measures of force.

As is known, the Head of State last week held meetings with representatives of the following political parties: Fuerza Popular, Accion Popular, APRA, Frente Amplio, Alianza para el Progreso and Peruanos por el Kambio.

The dialogue process will continue on Tuesday within the framework of the National Agreement Forum. Said mechanism will be the government's line of action for the next months.

The current administration focuses on improving citizens' life quality instead of on confrontations.
