List of agreements inked between Peru, China

Leaders of Peru Pedro Pablo Kuczynski and China Xi Jinping signed on Monday a set of agreements as part of the latter's State visit to the Andean country.

Below is the full list of Peru-China bilateral agreements inked so far:

1. Joint Action Plan 2016-2021 between both governments.

2. MoU on strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership between Peru's Foreign Affairs Ministry and China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC).

3. Mechanism program for strategic dialogue on economic cooperation.

4. Economic and technical cooperation agreement for free assistance. 

5. Exchange of letters to donate computers for Peruvian Judiciary's electronic notification system. 

6. Exchange of letters on the feasibility study of the project aimed to improve cultural services at Peru's National Museum of Archeology, Anthropology and History. 

7. Certificate of delivery and reception of the donation, made up of vehicles and goods, to support activities held at the APEC Peru 2016 Meeting.

8. MoU on optimizing the free trade agreement between China's Trade and Peru's Foreign Trade and Tourism Ministries.

9. MoU on cooperation for industrial zones.

10. MoU on cooperation on ICT for industrial development.

11. MoU on strengthening investments in the mining sector.

12. Environmental cooperation agreement. 

13. Quarantine and inspection protocol for national blueberry shipments to China. 

Other covenants were also inked on the sidelines of the Chinese leader's official visit to Peru, those are listed hereafter:

14. Insurance and fund cooperation framework agreement worth US$200 million between China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (Sinosure) and Peru's Development Finance Corporation (Cofide).

15. Fund cooperation framework agreement worth US$300 million between China Development Bank (CDB) and Peru's Banco de Credito (BCP).

16. MoU on cooperation of power development between Peru's Energy and Mines Ministry, Hydroglobal Peru and China Development Bank. 

17. Agreement between Peru's Energy and Mines Ministry and China Three Gorges Corporation. 

18. Framework agreement on cooperation in the hydrocarbon sector between Peru's Energy and Mines Ministry and China National Petroleum Corporation.
