Peru's top striker Paolo Guerrero sent a message of encouragement to his teammates in support of their mission to defeat New Zealand, thus finally qualifying for Russia 2018.
"We are just one step away from fulfilling our dream. GoPeru!" the national soccer team's captain posted on Facebook.

The final playoff match will be held at Lima's National Stadium this Wednesday at 9:15 PM (local time).
Thus, tonight's
match will be decisive to find out which team grabs the last ticket to soccer's most important tournament held every 4 years.
If the Incas win, Peru's 35 year-absence from World Cup events will come to an end.
As is known, Guerrero is not allowed to take part in tonight's game given the
30-day suspension imposed on him by governing body FIFA for producing abnormal doping test result.
