He noted that Peru is one of the countries with more investments in Latin America and has one of the best regimes to attract foreign investments.
"It is one of the Latin American countries with better credit rating and macroeconomic variables under control. It also has significant investments in infrastructure development," Lesmes told official newspaper El Peruano.
