42 Peruvians to study in Europe thanks to EU Erasmus+ program

A total of 42 Peruvian students will be able to pursue studies in European universities thanks to scholarships granted by European's Union Eramus+ program.

Scholarship recipients will study in academic institutions in Belgium, the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain and the UK.  


The scholarship holders are students of ten Peruvian universities: Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (23), Cayetano Heredia (2), San Martin de Porres (1), Cientifica del Sur (1), Catolica San Pablo (1), Nacional de Trujillo (1), Agraria La Molina (2), National University of Engineering (3), San Marcos (2) and Nacional de Piura (1). 

Erasmus+

Erasmus+ is the European Union program for education, training, youth and sport. 

Erasmus+ promotes academic exchange among European Union university students, as well as those from Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey.
 
In the Inca country, Erasmus+ is promoted by the Peruvian Agency for International Cooperation (APCI).
