The delegation also includes U.S. Special Envoy for Climate Change, Todd Stern; Environment, Science, Technology & Health officer, Frances Colon; Senior Advisor, Rachel Kastenberg; and the U.S. ambassador to Peru, Michael McKinley; as well as officers Richard Merrin and Benjamin Kressler.

Event will take place at 9.30 am at the Library of the Council of Ministers Office located in the Presidential Palace.

Earlier, at 8.00 am, President Garcia will meet with the Security Council and, at 9:30 am, will chair the 255th meeting of the Council of Ministers, also at the Government Palace.

Finally, the president's agenda includes a meeting with Buenos Aires Chief of Government, Mauricio Macri; and the director of International Relations, Fulvio Pompeo. The gathering will begin at 5.00 pm.
