"Overall we agree with all ten policies announced by the Cabinet, which is headed by Salomon Lerner," Confiep president Humberto Speziani told Andina news agency.
Speziani said that the goals announced by Lerner are "necessary to grow with social inclusion" and are achievable with investment.
The Council of Ministers received late Thursday a vote of confidence from the Congress after having presented the government guidelines and measures to be adopted to achieve economic growth with social inclusion.
The head of Confiep went on to add that businessmen expect that negotiations on Liquefied Petroleum Gas "reach a safe harbor" to benefit the disadvantaged.
Confiep is an organization that gathers and represents the Peruvian Private Business Community, both nationally and internationally.
