A Peruvian supermarket will host what promises to be a fantastic pairing festival for food and drink lovers on October 24-25 at Casa Prado Convention Center, located in the tourist, upscale Lima district of Miraflores.

Destinos al Sabor (Destinations to Flavor) is the name of the two-day fest that will feature the finest spirits such as top-of-the-range wine, sparkling wine, pisco, and a bunch of imported and local liquors.

More than 60 stands will be at the event showcasing the most important wineries; other 30 will feature distilled beverages like the Peruvian pisco, whisky, rum, vodka, gin, premium local beer, among other artisanal and imported drinks for the delight of attendees.

The event, hosted by Vivanda supermarket,  will be divided into various areas including, among others, the Spirits Corner, the Gastronomic Zone, the Beer Zone, the Wine Tasting Area, and the Vivanda Store.

“Through this fest, Vivanda aims to offer its costumers and flavor seekers in general a unique space to find both gastronomy and top-of-the-range drinks,” said Adelberto Muller, marketing director at Supermercados Peruanos.

Destinos al Sabor will open its doors from 18:00 local time (23:00 GMT) and will remain open until 23:00. Tickets are on sale at Tu Entrada booths in Plaza Vea and Vivanda supermarkets.

They are S/.153.00 each (about US$52.00). Interbank card holders can get a special discount (S/.103.00).
